Healthy Work

Our jobs can have a direct impact on our physical and mental wellbeing, so it’s important we check-in on ourselves and recognise when we need to take action. This page contains guidance on some of the common struggles associated with work, such as building resilience, managing stress and maintaining a work-life balance.

Supporting our wellbeing at work

When we feel good physically and mentally, we’re able to be more present and engaged at work. As all areas of our wellbeing are connected, issues outside of the workplace can affect how we feel at work – just like those in work can have a significant impact on how we feel in our personal lives. Therefore we should look at our workplace wellbeing from a holistic point of view.
